[96.27] Graphics make game unplayable in 4k

I haven't started the game in a while but now, if I start it the screen doesn't seem to be the right aspect ratio, despite the resolution matching.
That would only be minor, but all icons are scaled wrong as well. This is especially unworkable in the inventory, see the attached screenshot.
Resolution is 3840x2160, set the text scaling to the lowest (8 I think, difficult to read due to the text around the border )

Try to Alt Tab out and go back in and see if it fixes it, I have to do this every time at 2560x1600...

Try ticking "borderless" in the game options. I also had a similar problem (although not as severe) when I was playing on 1920x1080 px. Alt+Tab would fix it but switching to borderless just made it work without needing extra stuff.
