[0.97.0] New blueprints not work

As in the topic most of new blueprints you can buy are unlocking nothing (except weapons they works fine)
things like dustcoat or fog mask are not attached to any crafting
Fun Fact i don't use my own mods
If you think i write chaotic... you should visit my country...
