[0.98.1] Multiple Crashes Shortly After Quicksaving

Unfortunately I only have one bug report, but it is attached!

Doesn't matter where I am on the map. I'm just traveling after a fairly new game and the crash occurs generally 10 seconds after quick saving.

Actually after just looking for the crash dumps it looks like none of them saved and this one claims it is from 0.98.0 even though my version was 0.98.1? Something odd is happening.
