98.1 inventory items missing pics

all inventory Items except a few weapons and armor are missing there pics when Imported into the new version.
I have validated the install with steam, and uninstalled the few mods I was running, but still having the issue.

Also attempted to delete some of the icons in the data\icons folder and reacquire them, but that didn't help either as I didn't see the icons for raw meat and such even in there.

I did find some really nice looking icons in the items\icons folder. They seem to be most of the ones that are missing, but they are not being found by the system.

it appears all the items that are missing in the data\icons folder, can be found with new designs in the data\items\icons folder.
But they have a different naming convention then the ones in the main data\icons folder.
I tried to just copy them to the main data\icons folder but that didn't work either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I got the same issue.
tried reinstalling the game several times, validating files via steam, coyping files with correct name etc etc, even overwriting with a mod.
however, the current files are at the correct filepath (at least cs tells that)

the only error message i was able to find is in the mygui.log when ever an item is loaded with missing icon

This is fixed and the new icons look amazing. going to have to get used to them so I know what I have. Raw meat actually looks good enough to eat. tartar any one?
