In the sheck city of Squin (may occur in other places, only observed here so far).

The Barkeepers will often stand at the doorway come night or morning hours and repeatedly open, then close the door for hours. This could be because of another NPC (the ones who keep trying to pick a fight about how weak the player is) who also keeps closing/opening the door, forcing the barkeeper over to close/open it.

It happens in both bars around the same night and morning hours and may be initiated by the barkeeper or the NPC alone so I am not exactly sure who starts it if either can do it on their own. =\

I'm seeing this too... mostly at night it seems, when most other business close up shop. But the bars should be open 24/7. I guess the bar owner has a split business personality.
