Just make a new game as the "cannibal hunters" and went straight to the leviathan coast. Raid one armory (the southern one), than after ditch some items in a container and started to explore more the coast, I'm randomly CDTing from like 5-7min of gameplay. It was not one, but five attempts to explore the coast - and now I'm not trying anymore. Log attached.

Yeah, something is wrong for me. 20min max and CTD, don't matters what or when. Here another log of another random new game (wanderer start, was moving from the Hub to Sho-Battai).

I have a Nvidia GTX 1050ti 4Gb. Never experience so many of them - and the "crash" on exit is 100% of the time. This three I upload is just for reference, because I had more than twenty by now after 0.98.9 was released.

First time poster, and as I am getting CTD as well I figured I should add onto this thread?
Version: 0.98.9_x64
What I had done: Started new game as Guy with dog in Bast. Started to make my way down south towards the hub. Was crossing some desert and received a CTD.
There are a few warnings in the logs, so assuming it is related to those.
Specs (just incase):
AMD FX-8150 3.90GHz
12GB RAM
HD7970 Sapphire OC Boost
1TB Seagate Hardrive (that is probably slowly on it's way out and it's time for a solid state)
Attached log. Anything else, or if I should have started a new post please let me know.
Cheers,

Somehow all the CTD's are related with Fullscreen. Because I didn't crash anymore after change to borderless... it even fixed some wrong displays...
I always play on borderless...Kwikwilyaqa wrote: ↑Sat Mar 17, 2018 7:21 amSomehow all the CTD's are related with Fullscreen. Because I didn't crash anymore after change to borderless... it even fixed some wrong displays...

I'm doing fine in 98.9 as well. Usually, if game behaves wildly after update, that calls for a: cash verification through steam, and if that failed, for b: clean install of the game. Search the forums, the instructions to that has been given numerous times.

The only information about CTD's out there is "out of memory" - was not my case. The "instructions" are to post the logs right? There are three above and just one was downloaded once, probably a misclick - and I always do the Steam jazz when things go sideways or its a big update. And I usually ignore anything older than 3 months in indev games (imagine than an indev in the experimental branch - there are only questions... and bugs).Sol Lignum wrote: ↑Sat Mar 17, 2018 7:42 am(...) the instructions to that has been given numerous times. The problem is borderless usually makes my shadows flicker with way more intensity - but this "fix" I couldn't imagine. After switch to borderless I played for hours without a single hiccup.

I meant instructions for a clean install of Kenshi
If game is still wild after steam jazz, this calls for a clean install. Not to say it will definitely help, but it might.
