Invisible Barrier

Description:
Anytime I try to go to the SW and SE city (Bottom of the map) at a certain point I just can't go any further south, although I can see the city.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk to the cities

Consistency
Happens everytime.

System specs/OS:
Windows 7 64bit ATI Radon 5570
Severity:
Can't reach city

Workaround:
No clue, importing/new game doesn't seem to work

Found a workaround for the SW city If you come the South center city heading from south you can reach it.
