0.98.18 characters not eating

All my tools suddenly stopped eating from barrels, just staying in front of them hungry. Ctrl shift f11 Does not helping at all. This may need fix.
yep, most recent experimental broke feeding. confirmed.
i wonder if it also happens with, non-imported, totally new games.
