Ctrl F6 not working (Biome function thing)

Hello! When I do Ctrl F6 (Just saw it in the options, wanted to see what it did) it pauses for ~15 seconds and then crashes and asks me to send in the report, so here I am! I tried it with regular graphics and this one is with the minimum.
