job issue with ditching resource and issue with moving characters

I am having several issues with the most recent patch as of 6/10/2018. Firstly, my characters are not moving to where i indicate unless it is very close to the character themselves. Another problem I am having is that after mining for ore, they will not place in a ore storage I have. Previously they were doing this without an issue. The ore storage is not full whatsoever so I know that is not the issue.
