Missing "Arrange" button in some storages

Im missing "Arrange" button in some storages - mostly in Food storage. It is missing in crossbow parts and robotic parts too, btw.

The food store one is the most annoying one, though.

Every container marked as "resource storage" doesn't have an arrange function, which could be useful indeed.

Yes, it really could. It's a trivial omission, but it has occasioned many oaths and much gnashing of teeth from me in the past.
