Holding mouse wheel or ctrl to rotate view

When I hold down the mouse wheel or ctrl to rotate my view, the mouse pointer will jump around like it had been moving while I was rotating the view. This can be annoying when rotating the view around a lot because the pointer will end up at the edge of the screen, possibly messing up the view I'm trying get.
