Unless I just never noticed it before people seem to be getting stuck under the entryway ladders a lot now. Some times I have to go and pick them up with some one else to extract them, and sometimes I can just manually move them, but if I dont they'll just stand there. I don't recall seeing this happen until the last patch.

This has been a thing for as long as I can remember. It's especially bad with Stormhouses where they can get stuck on the side of the door as well.

Try rebuilding your navmesh with Ctrl + Shift + F11, this can help sometimes, don't forget to save your game afterward. It worked for me yesterday when I had the same problem.

can also change their walk speed to low, this should prevent them from running under the stairs.
