So i own a snail house in stoat and have a research bench and a couple chests in it.
Whenever I import, the building itself is fine but all the furniture and their contents are sent to another dimension where they cannot be retrieved.

I have a mix of modded and vanilla furniture but the disappearing is universal.

can you zip up upload a pre import and a after import save folder.

Pre-Import:

Tried compressing using 7-zip on ultra:
Cannot upload, file too large (40 mb)

Post-Import:

post-import.zip: (1.43 MiB) Downloaded 150 times

It is worthy to note however that pre-import game version is 0.98.50 and is updated to 0.98.51.

use Dropbox or google drive or other cloud storage service for files above the 10meg max of the forum.
