0.98.54 Cooking doesnt finish

I think its with crafting also. And im pretty sure that this bug was considered fixed.

I've noticed it only with cooking dustwiches (in 0.98.55), but not crafting. Rebuilt the cooking stove for a fresh start, but that didn't help.

Correction: Also happens crafting regular bolts.
Edit: Seems I didn't rebuild the arrow bench after the update with the first fix. I rebuilt the cokking stove several times though.
