I bought a building in Clownsteady and put a bunch of loot in it. I imported my characters after the update and actually travelled to the city and my stuff was fine after the import. So I adventured some more and started collecting more stuff and used my main base building in the Hub and I wanted to move all my stuff from Clownsteady to there. So I travel down to Clownsteady and I find that the building i purchased is no longer my building but is now locked up and somebody else is living there now. The town still says Im a resident there but my building is gone. I don't remember any other updates happening please help! Side effect of world states? I could see that being a problem.

I have had the same problem since the last update. i lost building in at worlds end and the hub. the building at the hub reverted back to a destroyed building for sale and the one at worlds end reverted back to the tech hunter up for sale. they were places i did not have any people at.

I'm playing on GOG's 0.98.62 version and I had this issue today.

I came back to World's End only to find I no longer owned the L-House near the mechanic's shop. All the facilities, storage and loot are gone.

The only other strange occurance that may or may not be relevant is that before going back I was trying to loot a Lost Library in the Vain and a lot of items had respawned. I had gone there before and I had taken everything of value except of the content inside a chest that I couldn't open at the time and when I came back there were lots of scattered valuables in the ruins once again and the library's door , which I had smashed in the first trip, was intact.

Wasnt you importing your save? Maybe you didnt check in importing game menu "import buildings" ?

While I did import this save a few days ago, in order to fix the "duplicate merchants" bug, I definately imported the buildings since I still onwed and used it afterwards, until earlier today.

With that being said, I'm not 100% sure that my first trip to that library was before or after the import.

I have experienced this with items respawning also. The ancient citadel in Mourn for example, I can keep going in and out and everything I looted will respawn, the items are random however they are in the same spot. So possibly this is the same issue at the library as well.

Happened to me as well in World's end. It was the L-house. It was on a fresh new game, no imports during the playthrough, so I'd say it's not related to importing.

Had the same problem in Squin. Bought destroyed building and repaired and build furniture inside. Upon returning to the city I found that 2 building I own in this city disappeared and got destroyed again.

I have same problem in lost building on Squin too, in this city there was not one of the members of my team, and everything returned to a ruined state, this problem comes when sellers duplicate in the city, it appeared as I began my adventure visited the swamps in ruins.
Very unpleasant bug forcing not to make any buildings in order not to lose all property. Although my buildings in the Hub are still intact, but now i'm worried about losing all buildings with all the content.
