Lo-Fi Games

I tried to download fresh game, start new game, import new save, old save, validating game but nothing helps.
In Hub bar whan I come there for first time everyone is there, same for Stuck bars, but on second visit only bartenders and guards are there. There is same problem on stable version to. I didn't have that bug on 0.98.58 but there was picking up bug there.

I just validated game files again and started new game, and this time it was all fine XD....idk i am gona test it few more times.

I noticed the same thing at waystation near the eye and world's end, bars are full of people after importing but empty on any other visit. So bar squads seem to not come back? I have been many times and waited around for days but nothing. Also seems like heng is always empty when I go back there but I haven't tested for sure since I read this.
I also checked Stoat and didn't see any problem, always had some random drifters when I would go there.

can you zip up and upload your affected save folder
if it goes over ten megs, then use a cloud storage service to host the file.
