Keyboard Shortcuts Stop Working (0.98.55 | Steam Version)

This only started happening today when I started a new game.

I play this game while I have streams or videos playing on my other monitor and everytime I interact with the window on my other monitor it causes my keyboard shortcuts to stop working. I won't be able to move the camera with WASD or the rotation keys. The inventory and character stat menus won't work with their respective shortcuts either. The only one's that seem to persist are the arrow keys (other camera shortcuts) and the space bar (pause/unpause).

I've tried quickloading with F9 and loading from the saves menu, but the only way I can seem to regain my shortcuts is by exiting and starting the game up again. From there I just have to never leave the game window.

I should note that I have the following mods installed: Attack Slots x5, 256 Squad Limit, RecruitPrisoners, Sho-Batai walls, Newwworld Plus, More Names, and Move Mod.
