0.99 Smugglers Bar Guards and Barkeep Don't heal

After a massive swarm of hungry bandits barged into the smuggler's bar owned by the Grayflayers, their guards and the barkeeper himself did not heal their wounds and will probably die from them after a while. Not sure if it was missed, supplying them with first aid.
