Im allied with the Shek Kingdom and just had the Stone Golem's Revenge attempt to attack my base. In the faction relations im still at 100 with them and some of the attacking party had the green ally arrow while the others had the attack arrow.
Seto is still alive in my party and i'd never kidnap anyone or steal anything from the Shek. Is there any explanation about this or is it a bug?

Sounds like a bug to me.

Did they also attack your characters? Or did they just kind of hang around?

A while back i saw shek kamikazais running around, despite stone golem and banyon being safe in adamag.

I suspect that what is triggering this is seto joining the squads. Was setto in your faction? There may be some check to see if seto is alive that is not being passed due to her being missing from the shek faction. That is my educated guess.
