Mercenary Bug

When hiring a mercenary company to defend my outpost, they'll make their way towards it. After a few minutes, they seemingly give up and never make it to my outpost. After checking my events in the faction tab, our contract seemingly is ended. Almost like they got jumped and murdered on their way to my base, which honestly might be a possibility.

For exact order of action(just in case) - Ill hire the mercs. Check my faction tab, we have a contract, then I hire a second company, simply cause I want more dudes protecting my outpost. I stay in town and do some shopping when I notice that I no longer have a contract with the mercs. Perhaps its a bug when I hire two companies at once?

Ill continue to test this. Perhaps simply escorting them to my base will remedy the situation.

I experiment something like that but only one time. I think my base was north of the hub and the mercs hired in the outpost south of squin never manage to get to ny base. The icons dissapear of the map. I found the group standing doing nothing. You check if they are somewhere?

I have noticed some very weird pathing between the Waystation south of Squin and the Hub. Just today I set a character to travel from the Waystation direct to the Hub, and she ran off almost to New Kralia before she started coming back (apparently back to the Waystation, but I reset her move orders then). Maybe your mercs did the same and the contract ran out before they got where you wanted them.

Yes, that's what happen. I paid them again and they were stuck, a simple pick up solve the problem. Good thing we can pick up our allies
