Various building bugs

While trying to build an outpost s-IV, I noticed a couple of bugs:
-When I first placed the building, it was invisible except for the door.
-I used one construction part on it (it stayed invisible) but now I cannot build it any more- every time I order a party member who has construction parts to 'build' they just go and stand next to the outpost.
-I can't seem to dismantle the building either, when I order someone to, they just stand next to it.
Workaround: I reloaded the game, then people seemed to be able to build normally.
Version:0.26.9
OS: Win7 64-bit
