I get a UC disguise.
Walk in to Tengu's Vault.
Find Yabuta of the Sands, pick his cage lock, pick his shackles, and quickly before he steps out of his cage, I pick him up (because it's easier that way than let him fight the guards, possibly getting himself killed).
I carry him out of the Vault.

It does not matter how far I carry him (farthest that I've tried is past the Waystation in the Grey Desert), or whether he's tagged as a "SLAVE" or "ESCAPED SLAVE", but as soon as I put him down and he gets up on his feet, his goal becomes "Retreating fast", running towards Tengu's Vault.

Needless to say the Vault guards beat him down and imprison him again.

I have also tested it with the non-recruitable prisoner called Psycho, and he ends up patrolling the area (and getting himself killed fast because the desert is dangerous and he picks a fight with anything that he sees), and with the recruitable prisoner Espher, who ends up following me and eventually joining my squad, so I believe the issue lies only with Yabuta of the Sands.

All prisoners and slaves (even the ones you buy their freedom) from UC (I just tested it in UC lands) have the same aggro problem I don't know if it's slave fault or slaver's / guard's fault.....they should just try to escape or follow you not fight.

And of course some of them return to their slavers camp....
