Since the last update the longcoat makes the arms and legs of male characters invisible, note the woman behind is unaffected, they reappear when you take it off. I do have mods installed but nothing I know of that changes the longcoat, and it was fine yesterday.

The sleeveless ones that grass pirates wear still seem ok.
Edit, disabled all my mods and started a new game, arms and legs still missing on male characters with longcoats.
