[FIXED?] Crash when placing skins storage [0.99.30]

When I place a blueprint for a Storage: Skins outside on the ground on this save file, it crashes a few seconds after leaving build mode. If I wait unpaused for a bit before placing it, the crash does not occur, and it also doesn't seem to happen with other buildings (though I haven't tested them exhaustively).

Perhaps related to this recent building placement crash?

I am using two small mods: 256 Recruitment Limit and More Names. Just to be safe, I tried it without them checked, and it still happened.

I am using an Nvidia card if that matters, but I replaced the driver with one that doesn't crash a long time ago, so I doubt this is related.

I verified my game files, which did find some problems, but the crash still happens afterward.

There was only a crashdump for 0.99.28, not .29 or .30, so I just included that.

Update: When trying to quicksave over this save it says "Failed to save game". Deleting the quicksave makes it work again, so I guess there's some sort of save corruption going on here?

Update 2: Now I have a stormhouse that nobody will build, which crashes the game upon dismantling.

Update 3, a day later: After reloading the save today to generate a new log, it is no longer crashing, even though it was consistent yesterday. Perhaps one of the new updates fixed the issue, although I don't see anything in the changelog related to buildings. I suppose I'll tentatively mark it as fixed for now unless I can get it to happen consistently again.

when no crashdump is generated
zip up and upload your kenshi.log
this must be done before you restart the game as doing so overwrites the log file.
