Simple rugs and Fancy Carpets disappear when reloading

Hello,

In my base I had rugs and carpets laid through out inside of my buildings. When I reload my game at a later time all of the rugs disappear off the floor. Specifically the Simple rugs are the ones you can buy from a general store in some cities. Fancy rugs I stole from noble houses.

I think that they are falling through the floor and landing under the building. I placed one down and had it do that instantly. So I guess the rats in the foundation have a nice place to lay out.
