Characters jerk while idling [0.27.1]

When I order my bunch to move to a certain point they move there and start to either do the walking animation changing the direction they're facing rapidly and do back and forth movement. It's not a critical bug, but AI seems to sometimes get caught in this which immobilizes them until they aggro something. And of course it's rather aesthetically unpleasant and annoying. This bug wasn't present in 26.9 at least not as severe as it's now.
For demonstration just load up the save, they should be in the state described above.

Just to confirm - i see this behavior as well. If often seems to happen when i order a medic to heal a fallen combatant in a fight, when there are still enemy combatants around. The medic will end up rapidly flipping back and forth on the fallen character instead of crouching (Healing works as usual though).

It probably should be noted that the "Goal" keeps switching from "medic" to "protect allies" and back in the above case.
