Outpost Range And Rebirth

Hi
I'm currently expanding my out post and all of a sudden the walls i have been building now belong to rebirth instead of my town, i went into Dev mode and saw that the walls lay outside my influence marker but i don't see them in rebirths influence either. is there a way to fix this?
