Lo-Fi Games

I click on the desktop shortcut and nothing will happen. I try to play the game through steam and it pops up the window to either play kenshi, or launch the game editor, when I try to play game from there nothing happens. However Launching the game editor is the only thing that works right now. Please Help!

make sure your antivirus is not blocking it.

I checked to see and the app is not blocked, any other suggestions?

Possibly some dependency not installed. Try launching the game from the installed folder rather than through steam.
Probably still won't run but you may get an error message with more information.

Okay, I clicked on the Kenshi_x64.exe file and it said "The code execution cannot proceed because mfc100u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". However, I have already tried reinstalling multiple times.

try running the dotnet4.0Client in *\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\dependencies

you may have to uninstall it then try reinstalling it.

That one is the vcredist_x86.exe in the dependencies folder.
