[FIXED] [1.0.25] Hitpoints Bug with Robotic Limbs on Player Character at Game Start

If you use a mod that lets you have robotic limbs at game start, the hitpoints of said limbs are displayed incorrectly. It's always the HP of the Race you chose, so 100 for Humans, 125 for Shek, 200 for Skeletons, and so on, and not the HP of the robotic limb. On top of that, if you are a non-skeleton character and receive damage to said limbs, it's "flesh damage" not "robotic damage" - you can only use first aid and bandage it.

Quick workaround is to immediately unequip your limbs after game start and put them back on. Then everything is alright.

I swear this was working as intended before... but didn't check for some time so I'm not sure which version of Kenshi introduced this bug.

At first I thought it was a bug with my mod:

Out on a Limb

but then I was able to reproduce it with another, much simplier mod:

Cyberlord

No other mods were activated when I tested this.

Just a quick note that this bug is still around as of 1.0.28. What's good, it cannot happen in vanilla, but it will happen with every mod that adds Gamestarts with robotic limbs, and there's a lot of them out there. Also it touches a key game mechanic (healing) and an inexperienced player will likely have no clue what's going on.

It seems this bug was fixed with one of the last updates. I can't tell which one, I played a vanilla campaign without mods for a long time. If someone can confirm this I'd be happy. Thank you for fixing! :D
