Lo-Fi Games

For some reason when I have my whole party in stealth mode, and order them to move. Everyone but the fastest leaves stealth mode and runs to keep up with the fastest. then tries to reenter stealth mode after they stop moving. This is a change from when they all stayed in stealth and moved either as a group or at independent speeds depending on settings.

Any idea, when or why that has changed?

Clarification : If I have them in stealth and click on a destination the above happens. If I click on the destination and change them to stealth on the move is seems to work as normal.

You don't have them on a follow job or something?
Because they will mimic the leader.
So it's easy to have the slowest sneak and put the rest on follow and then direct the slowest to where everybody needs to be..

But what you describe indeed sounds like unintended behaviour, never noticed it myself.

Which run-mode you are using? The 'stay together' one?
