Kenshi run on windows 10

Hey guys I have been trying to run kenshi for a while on windows 10 and the following happened. Installation went succesfully but as soon as i started to run it I encountered this:

I tried that suggestion but then i got this:

translation: "An error has occured, check the logs in that folder."

When looking at the file it says that it already has installed everything i needed.

Does anyone know what I'm supposed to be doing now? Every other game on steam works. Like Skyrim which basically uses the exact same directx as kenshi.

and it get this:

I did the other steps, found the .cab file they were talking about. Unpacked it into another foldero on my desktop. Grabbed the "JUN2010_D3DCompiler_43_x64" file and dropped it in windows/system32.
Still it doesn't work. Or do i need to put everything of that file in system32? I've put everything into that file and it still doesn't work.

Ok, captain deathbeard posted two dependancies that did the trick!
