[1.0.37] Cat Item with Corrupted Quantity

Finally got a hold of a save that has the -2bil cat bug, but before the item has been picked up. Turns out the issue is not in the quality/value of the cat item, but rather its quantity. Hopefully this information and save help track down the actual issue and finally get it fixed.
