"This save is missing zone files."

As the title says, I got this error when loading a save. This has happened before and importing it has solved the issue but I'm reporting it now to help w bug fixing. I'm running Kenshi 1.0.44. Last time I had to revise integrity of files and import file for the warning to dissapear.
