Save file missing zone warning

I have 2 machines where I played this game recently. 1 is my laptop at which I play mostly, and my desktop machine which is a bit game centric so I played there too.

I started game on my laptop: no issue
Moved the same game files to desktop machine: no issue
Moved the save game files back to laptop machine: received warning that some zone are missing


Note: I only copied that single save file and not all of other autosave or quicksaves.

I am not sure if there really are somethings missing, my base seems fine from the looks of it. I had a building in Heft, that might have gotten bugged. That was empty and I don't need it anyway.

This log confused me, but copying between computers makes sense.
In your case I believe the problem occurred on the other computer, as this log doesn't show any reason why the files disappeared.

I believe the most likely cause of this issue is if the game was somehow terminated before it finished the saving process.
Do you always exit normally from the escape menu, or did the game crash shortly after saving or something like that?
