Game crashs on new game and load game 1.0.45c

I've been playing kenshi for a few months, and after a month without playing i tried to load my game and its crash before entering the game. I tried to start a new game, uninstalled e deleted all folders and all mods but nothing seems to work.
I also tried to start the game on the lowest settings as possible but that also did not worked.
Kenshi is a great game and i am axious to play it again
