Save File Won't Load

My save file won't load. Loading screen freezes whenever I load save data. I am using tons of mods but I have never run into any issues. I can post full computer specs, mods, load order, and whatever other info is needed. I love the game and I want to continue my current run. I'm almost 200 hours in!

Update: more information I noticed in the save before the broken one I had used shift+F12 to spawn in/reorient a Citadel Outpost in my city; or it could be due to the fact I had a smaller settlement I was building ended up connecting to a larger settlement. I have not used to shift+F12 menu for anything else. If anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated.

If you don't mind can you upload your mods.cfg & your kenshi_info.log?
