I've installed a few mods, but I don't think any of them causes the conflict.

I'm using the Kenshi Mod Manager, and I've tried importing the game many times.
It doesn't work sadly.

KMM is still in it's alpha phase. It does not order mods completely as the "data" to do so has yet to be fully written.
The only data it has now is for testing features. It includes millerscouts personal mod list and other popular mods mentioned in my guide or from the top 2-3 pages of steam.
My recommendation is still to properly organize your load order list as per the guide. There are a couple references showing that data is missing in your logs or being overwritten incorrectly.
And these are just the obvious errors.
