Also separate comment about your forum, I am not sure how in 2020 you have a site that takes in passwords that is not HTTPS. This is incredibly insecure and could easily expose everyone who has registered here to security leaks since data is transmitted over plaintext.

The devs are still around and checking reports. They just don't work weekends, so they've had no chance to see and download yours yet.

Looks like a save file error.
Verify your game files and then import.
