Multiple Bug Crashes

I posted on the steam discussion page
I keep getting new game crash...
I've reinstalled 3 times and verified each time.
Before verifying I get crash when starting new game, after verifying I get crash before the title screen.
Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.5 GHZ
16 GB Ram
Geforce GTX 1050
Setting my resolution to 1024 x 768 allowed me to start the game on the Nobodies path.
Still crashing while in the game.
I have increased my vram to max after getting the vram error message.
I was able to start a game in the Man with dog scenario but it crashed on load.
Now I cannot load a save game and I cannot start a new game at all.
I keep getting new game crash...
