Lo-Fi Games

Hi. I bought the game a few days agos on steam, instaled it and it is not launching. When i press play kenshin, it's searching for 1 sec then the stop button of steam come back to play and nothing happened.
-local file checked throught steam tools 4 times.
-uninstaled reinstaled 2 times.
-checked, reinstaled all disposable from the game directories.
-checked reinstaled visual c++ many time.
-try administrator privilége and exeptions for anti-virus.
-tryed compatibility mode.
-When i run the game from the exe in directory i got a "0xc000007b" error message and nothing happen.
folowed and searched a lot for technics on forum and finnaly come to ask you before asking refund.
My spec: AMD radeon HD 7400
intel core i3 3.33 htz
windows 7

0xc000007b The error code means an invalid image format. Specifically, you are attempting to start an application which is designed to run on 64-bit operating system. But your computer is running 32-bit Windows.
