[1.0.50] Game freezes on exit

When I hit exit to quit the game, 95 % of the time the game freezes and never actually close. I play the steam version and each time it crashes like that I run the check file integrity feature in the steam console and it redownloads 3 corrupted files. I include a crashdump from another bug so that you have some tech details on my conf. One thing I noticed is that after an exit freeze I lose the selection of mods I made and I have to reselect them each time.
