I installed Tsuki V2 Dark Ui and crashes at start

I use both of those and have no issues. Make sure you didn't have any other ReShade components left in your Kenshi directory. Also probably make sure you didn't use any other UI mod that might have left files lying around that could conflict?
Safest bet is to remove both, carefully check Kenshi folder for ReShade components and remove all, check for any leftover UI mods and remove all, verify mods list in launcher, save config, start a new game, see what happens.
