the game crashes after starting the game

the game crashes when when I start the game I go to specific areas or simply start to perform an action, even though I had previously played the game normally
I love the game, I had played it before, but I could not play it due to this bug, I would love to have it fixed, they have created a great game, one of a kind and which I will be more than happy to help improve
also, I hope that for the next installment the Spanish-speaking players do not forget, we are a not so big community, but we love this game

I attach the bug report and a screenshot
i also applied different possible solutions which are mentioned in these forums and steam ones, even reinstalled the game twice
