Interestingly, when I tried making a copy to test fixing it, if I deleted PT_HONORABLE from tags_never, closed the window, saved the mod, then looked at the Honorable personality again - PT_HONORABLE was in both places again as if I'd never altered it, appearing in both "always" and "never." Not sure what effect this is having in the game, if any, but it seems odd.

I made a copy of the Honorable personality type, and replaced PT_HONORABLE in the Never section with PT_COLD_CRUEL. That seemed to take; PT_HONORABLE is still in tags_always but no longer pops back into tags_never.

Was able to delete PT_HONORABLE from the "never" section and make it stay gone.
Checked all other Personality combo definitions - it was the only one with a contradiction. Currently testing a patch in my own games.

Read thru the dialogue trees some, that check it a character has the Honorable flag. I have never seen anyone say any of these lines. I have a feeling it was broken. We'll see if they start saying them now with my patch.

Any way to increase the chances of lines being used? Would be much clearer for testing if I could increase chatter chance, then test both versions.
