All current playthrough save files deleted

randomly after saving my game, it decided to freeze and didnt pop up with the "Save Successful" icon, i checked my saved games and my entire recent playthrough was nowhere to be found. I tracked down in my file explorer what should be one of my most recent saves, i just need to figure out how i can get that save back on the game.
