[1.00.50] Empty Police Barracks between Stobe's Gamble and Sniper's Valley

I found an empty Police Barracks on the border between Stobe's Gamble and Sniper's Valley. Did the devs forget to fill in content? Or is this intentional?

If I find more empty building locations like this, I'll update accordingly.

I'm currently using mods for this. So if vanilla game isn't the cause of this, let me know.
