i went to city to sell my loot and did try to sell stuff but just got message saying i dont have money to buy things ..i then did try to load game but did not fix it so i exit game and then it just crashed ...and when started game again i still had the bug so i exited and did try to run fix if files are bad or something and after the fix started it said something was bad and it needs to repair and after the repaid was done i started game and what i saw was hearth breaking because i had lost my game and had to start again

also dont know if its anyway related to the new update but this bug did happen like 1 -2 hours of game play just after patching the game

on desura i did verify files of kenshi and then it said there is problem needs to restart desura ..i did it then run the verify files thing on kenshi again and it finished and then i started game but my saved game was lost

I get the same problem. Here's my save file.

Start a new game, save, then copy the file in that zip platoons/Nameless_0.platoon and overwrite the one in your kenshi folder at save/quicksave/platoons/. Then load the game and you should have your squad back.
