My save keeps crashing after i load in and play for a bit

Heyo peeps
I recently upgraded my pc with a ssd and 4 more gb of ram and just today after playing one of my saves, i sent beep over to the deadlands to get some research and after telling him to come back to my base in the northern cannibal area the game suddenly crashed on me.
This was the first time It had crashed this way. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but It keeps on happening and I cant progress at all
If anyone knows how to fix this It would be a massive help
