Game Crash

When I start a new game or login to an existing save file, the game crashes, right as it finishes loading, I am greeted with the pop up that Kenshi has crashed. The game was running perfectly fine for 3 hours, but when I used the shortcut "Alt+F4" and opened up Kenshi again, it crashed on me
I tried reinstalling the game but to no avail, the game still crashes when I start a new game or load a save file.
